Ash is an Accredited Sports Dietitian with specialist experience in paediatrics, having worked at both The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and Sydney Children’s Hospital.

She’s passionate about helping kids and teens fuel their performance -

not just in sport, but in school and everyday life.

With a strong background supporting families through growth, development, fussy eating, neurodiversity, and busy schedules,

Ash takes a whole-child approach to sports nutrition.
